Established in 1995, Vantage is an IT contracts resourcing company focused on delivering first-class IT contracting solutions to a wide range of clients both in the domestic and international markets. Vantage's range of services cover core expertise and competency at all levels of Information Technology and a proven industry track record in IBM Mainframe and Midrange systems, Oracle technology services, Client Server, eCommerce solutions and Card Payment systems.

We are currently located in a modern office complex at Sandyford, South Dublin (beside the LUAS) with some 200 IT contractors working with Vantage covering skill levels ranging from Project Managers and Business Analysts to DataBase Administrators and Technical staff with JAVA. .Net and Oracle development experience. We have a team of dedicated IT contracts Consultants, Account managers and Resourcing Administrators to support all aspects of our IT contracting operation and are always on-hand to support both our IT contractors requirements and the needs of the many individuals working with us!

I contacted Vantage in Feb 2006 for openings in Ireland for Vision plus. I came to know of the opening from friends of mine working in the same company in Singapore. I was interviewed by David Coffey and his colleague, and was subsequently offered a position to work for Vantage in Dublin. This was like a dream come true - to venture in the European market. I readily accepted and was on board as early as possible. In the last year the interaction with Vantage has been great, the management staff have treated me with utmost care and helped me with all the possible difficulties I faced in moving to Dublin, Ireland. With the help of Vantage, now I am have been offered a permanent position with the client I am working for. I am very much grateful to Vantage especially David Coffey for his support and for providing me the opportunity to work in Europe.
