Our range of services cover:

• Contract Resourcing: We supply a wide range of IT professionals to Customers across different technology platforms to supplement client’s in-house personnel. This can cover a single individual or a team of resources all on temporary contract assignment. The client in this case manages the resource(s) on site.
• Permanent staffing: Vantage combines strong IT technical knowledge with HR competencies to ensure the delivery of quality candidates to fill high value permanent vacancies within the IT departments for some of Ireland’s largest companies.
• Managed Service: Vantage source and supply a team of resources to be assigned to a specific project or function e.g. Helpdesk. We define the entire team from Team Leader or Project Manager to individual team members. The senior Vantage person assigned as ‘Team Lead’ reports directly on an on-going basis to an assigned client manager. The actual function or project is run by Vantage but the customer takes overall management responsibility for delivery of the project or service.
• Project Delivery: Vantage take complete ownership and delivery responsibility for a specific project. Terms of Reference and the Functional Requirements for a project are defined by Vantage and its Customer. Vantage then delivers to this defined project scope. This service is predominately carried out in the Payments Systems arena specifically covering Behaviour Scoring and Fraud Detection Systems.

Vantage Resources main operations are in Ireland and the UK. In the payment systems arena we have customers across Europe using our services. We work with large ‘blue chip’ organisations primarily in the Financial Services and ICT sectors including AIB Bank, AIG Insurance, Elavon Bank, Hibernian Aviva, Bank Of Ireland, Royal Sun Alliance, First Data, Citi Group, Llloyds TSB, IBM and Fujitsu Services along with a strong presence in Government departments covering Dept of Justice, LGCSB, and Dept. of Agriculture. In addition we are listed on numerous preferred supplier lists across the I.T industry and have a strong presence on Government Framework agreements.
