Simon Martin. BSc, HND(Bus). Managing Director.
Simon Martin founded Vantage in 1995. He has been in the I.T industry for over 30 years working for multiple large organizations both in Ireland and abroad including Morgan Guaranty Trust, Norwich Union, Rehau and Xerox Corporation. Prior to starting Vantage he worked as an independent I.T consultant in Ireland and internationally for IBM, CSC Computations, Bank of Ireland, Aer Lingus, Irish Permanent and AIB Bank. He has been personally involved in the delivery of large scale I.T projects and has worked closely with many customers as an Account Manager delivering high calibre I.T professionals to support their in-house projects.


Paul Hamill. Director of Operations.
Paul Hamill joined Vantage in 2002 as Director of Operations. He has over 20 years IT experience and has previously served in a number of Senior IT Management positions in Bank Of Ireland, Woodchester Bank and GE. He is a Graduate Of The Institute Of Bankers in Ireland and a Certified Master Black Belt in Six Sigma. He has successfully delivered a number of large scale, pan-European IT, Business Process and Change Management projects.


Mark Quinn. BBS(Hons.) Operations Manager
Mark Quinn is a qualified Human Resources graduate from University of Dublin, Trinity College Dublin with extensive recruitment experience in the disciplines of Accountancy & Finance, Human Resources, IT and Materials Management. He commenced his career with Bank of Ireland and has also worked in Human Resources for New South Wales Fire Brigades in Sydney before spending 8 years at Australia's leading Accountancy & Finance recruitment company, LINK Recruitment. He has over eighteen years experience providing recruitment solutions to client companies in Ireland, UK and Australia.  Mark joined Vantage Resources as Operations Manager in 2007.


Jason McNeill BA, MSc. Business Development Manager
Jason is a graduate of the University of Ulster with a BA in Banking and Finance and a Masters in Computer Science. His career to date spans a range of roles in the IT industry both in Ireland and internationally. He has extensive experience in software delivery across Business Analysis and Project Management especially in the payment systems arena.
