For Vantage Resources first poll on our website, we asked you to choose between two options to the question; "Which is the most important for IT Contractors?" The dichotomous options were financial rewards or working with the right technology. The majority of Vantage registered website users and visitors to our site that voted in the poll say that financial rewards are more important to them.

Financial rewards won by 70.4% while only 29.6% of voters value working with the right technology more. The overall result after a full week on the website differed slightly to the result after just one day. At the end of the first day the result was even greater for financial rewards with 87.5% of voters choosing that option to only 12.5% for working with the right technology.

This week we ask if IT contractors would accept a lower daily rate if training was provided as part of the job. Your opinion is important to us, so please take a second to register your vote. Once you register your vote, you can see what the poll result is at that point in time. We will also publish the result on our webpage next Tuesday, the 19th of June.
