Mark Quinn, a Human Resources graduate of Trinity College Dublin, has over fourteen years post qualified experience in internal and external recruitment in both Ireland and Australia. He re-joins Vantage Resources from Boston Kennedy where he worked as a Principal Consultant in the Human Resources Industry. Mark has a wide and varied HR background recruiting for IT, Senior Accounting, Human Resources and Purchasing & Materials Management professionals.

Mark returned to Vantage earlier this month and has already settled into his new role. With a low staff turnover rate, many of Mark's colleagues from his previous time with Vantage were here to welcome him back. Paul Hamill, Director of Vantage Resources said “...due to the increasing success of Vantage Resources we are currently expanding our operations. The Operations Manager is a new position created to drive continuous improvement in our business to further enhance the service experience of our clients and contractors ... Mark is the perfect choice for this role.” Mark will oversee the management of resourcing projects as part of his position as the Operations Manager. He will manage the resourcing for each project, supported by consultants, account managers, resourcers and administrators.
