Level 2 Deskside Support Analyst, Multinational Tech– Permanent role, Dublin City Centre
A leading Global solutions provider requires a Level 2 Deskside Support Analyst with 3 years’ experience providing technical support for non-technical end-users in a multinational technology company based in Dublin City Centre. You will join an existing team responsible for providing stellar customer experience and service and working from the hub of the Managed Service resolving tickets escalated form level 1.
- Receive incidents and service requests from the service desk where the service desk cannot resolve the ticket, or remote control is not possible, and phone support cannot resolve the issue.
- In addition, for high priority users, receiver incidents and service requests from the service desk where the high priority users request
- Coordinate onsite services with 3rd parties and escort to repair/collect/install equipment as necessary.
- Coordinate service activities, including incident notification, escalation and asset capture and monitoring tasks with Courts Service ICT service managers.
What you need:
- A proven history of being able to trouble shoot and resolve technical issues across a client base with varying infrastructure and services
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in both remote and on-site support
- Desktop Support – supporting, troubleshooting
- Desktop & Remote Admin – Administering
- Supporting all levels of Windows Service from 2003 to 2012
- Knowledge of Microsoft Technologies, including Exchange 2010 and Server 2008.
- Providing support for the Citrix, Exchange, Hyper V and VMWare Environment.
