- We’re looking for a detail-oriented Audit Issues Management Manager to oversee the tracking and remediation of IT audit findings. You’ll work closely with internal/external auditors, compliance, risk teams, and IT to ensure timely issue resolution and proper documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Log and track IT audit issues from internal/external reviews.
- Coordinate remediation plans and monitor progress.
- Validate issue resolution and manage supporting evidence.
- Report status to leadership and lead stakeholder meetings.
- Improve issue management processes and ensure compliance with IT controls and policies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s in IT, Risk, Business, or related field.
- 2–5 years in audit issues management, IT risk, or governance.
- Familiar with ITGCs, risk frameworks, and GRC tools (e.g., ServiceNow).
- Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills.
