BizOps Engineer Role and Responsibilities:
This role will see the successful candidate help ensure the stability, scalability, and reliability of global platforms. You’ll partner with development teams to build resilient systems, proactively manage production health, and promote a culture of continuous learning
What’s involved:
Ensure application performance, scalability, and resilience.
Automate monitoring and alerting to proactively detect and resolve issues.
Lead and participate in incident response and post-mortem reviews.
Improve CI/CD pipelines, automate manual processes, and enhance developer productivity.
Collaborate across development, product, and operations teams to embed reliability best practices throughout the software lifecycle.
What you need:
Degree in Computer Science or related technical field (or equivalent experience).
Strong coding or scripting skills (Python, Java, Go, or C++ preferred).
Experience with automation, CI/CD pipelines, and modern DevOps practices.
Solid understanding of distributed systems, cloud environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and monitoring tools (Splunk, Dynatrace).
Familiarity with Kubernetes, Java/Spring Boot applications, and ITIL processes.
Knowledge of networking, OS fundamentals, load balancers, caching, and configuration management.
