What’s Needed
10+ years in data and analytics, including significant experience delivering data products
Strategic & Commercial Acumen – Strong understanding of business strategy and the ability to connect analytical solutions to tangible commercial outcomes.
Executive-Level Communication – Proven ability to explain complex analytical and delivery concepts clearly and credibly to non-technical audiences up to C-suite level.
Leadership & Influence – Demonstrated experience influencing across diverse stakeholder groups, balancing short-term priorities with long-term transformation goals.
Delivery Expertise – Experience working within iterative product environments (Agile and Waterfall), collaborating effectively with technical, platform and change teams.
