Claims Handler – 9 Month Fixed-Term Contract, Dublin 24
 
What’s involved:
 

·       Managing a portfolio of claims efficiently, ensuring timely resolution.
·       Analyzing claims to determine necessary medical and financial requirements, preparing assessments, and liaising with relevant experts.
·       Providing excellent customer service, proactively handling all communications for early claim resolution.
·       Applying knowledge of personal injuries legislation, guidelines, and other relevant laws to interpret medical reports accurately.
·       Identifying and managing complex cases, taking appropriate actions.
·       Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
 

What you need:
3+ years of experience in personal injury claims handling, with a proven track record in high-volume case management.
Comprehensive understanding of personal injuries legislation, claims processes, and court awards systems.
Ability to interpret medical reports, identify complex cases, and recommend necessary actions.
Strong understanding of medical terminology, special damages, and investigative requirements for loss of earnings claims.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a focus on quality service and results.
Strong planning, organizational, and time-management abilities to meet strict deadlines.
Must be eligible for work in Ireland
Must be located in Ireland
