Level 2 Deskside Engineer – 6-Month Contract, Cork
Level 2 Deskside Engineer Role and Responsibilities:
- This role will see the successful candidate responsible for providing onsite deskside support to the end client as part of a 2-person team.
What you need:
- 3+ years’ experience working in a similar position
- Advanced working knowledge of the following:
- Incident management experience
- Windows 10, O365 & Citrix troubleshooting
- Laptop, & PC terminal experience
- Network & Printer troubleshooting experience
- Active Directory
- Video Conferencing hardware support
