This role will see the successful candidate should have good experience with Red Hat Linux
What’s involved:
Assist and co-ordinate in the design, build, installation, configuration and maintenance of an optimised infrastructure architecture for the Red Hat Enterprise Linux (RHEL) environments
Troubleshooting and problem resolution of the Red Hat environment
Research root cause of problems
Escalate to engineering and vendor support as necessary
Develop, automate, and implement operations best practices
Effectively collaborate with Server, Storage, Network, Development, and Support teams.
Follow established Enterprise change management procedures
Business Continuation / Disaster Recovery infrastructure planning, building, and testing
Maintain system security by noticing faults and vulnerabilities during deployment projects
What you need:
3+ years’ experience working in a Linux admin role
Experience with Red Hat Linux
Good knowledge of experience with Red Hat Linux versions: RHEL 5, RHEL 6, and RHEL 7
