What’s Involved

• Designing, developing, and maintaining PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions
• Optimising SQL queries and improving database performance across large data sets
• Developing reports and data solutions using Oracle APEX, Forms/Reports, and BI Publisher
• Supporting data integration, migration, and ETL processes between systems
• Working closely with business analysts and developers in an Agile/DevOps environment
• Contributing to system upgrades and migrations (e.g. Oracle 19c, EC2 to Kubernetes)

What’s Needed

• 5+ years’ hands-on experience as a PL/SQL Developer (Oracle 11g–19c)
• Strong skills in SQL tuning, performance optimisation, and data model design
• Experience with Oracle APEX, Forms/Reports, and related Oracle tools
• Familiarity with AWS, TDV, or similar cloud and virtualisation environments
• Knowledge of DevOps tools (Jira, Jenkins, Git/Bitbucket) and Agile methodologies
• Excellent problem-solving ability and strong attention to detail
