Agile Project Manager Private Sector

Our Client:

• Our client is a well-established life insurance provider operating across Europe. With a strong presence in Ireland and Germany, and over 700 employees, they are continuing to invest in their Agile delivery capability and are now looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager to join their technology function.

What's Involved:

• Facilitating Agile ceremonies (stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives) and supporting the team to deliver committed sprint goals
• Identifying and removing blockers, and promoting Agile best practice and continuous improvement
• Supporting end-to-end delivery of small to mid-sized initiatives, tracking progress via burndown, velocity, and backlog metrics
• Contributing to release planning and forecasting based on team capacity
• Maintaining visibility of risks, issues, and dependencies, and providing structured reporting to stakeholders and PMO
• Acting as key point of contact for delivery updates, building relationships with Product Owners, business stakeholders, and technical teams
• Supporting budget tracking, forecasting, and governance/compliance reporting in collaboration with PMO and Finance
• Coordinating incident management for prioritised production issues and supporting resolution within agreed service levels

What You Need:

• 3 - 6 years' experience in IT delivery, including 1 - 3 years in an Agile environment (Scrum or Kanban)
• Experience working with cross-functional business and technical teams
  Proficiency with Jira and Confluence
• Working understanding of software delivery, system architecture, and Agile practices
• Third-level qualification in Business, Finance, Technology, or a related discipline
  Fluent English, written and verbal
• Full working rights to work in Ireland (EU citizenship or stamp 4 visa)
