Agile Scrum Master

Type: Permanent Location: Dublin, Hybrid Salary: €80,000 - €85,00

Our client is a well-known insurance company that is building a new team to work on ambitious software deliverables to the business.

Role and Responsibilities:

You will work closely with various I.S. and business leaders, project team members, and external parties to ensure that new business capabilities are effectively planned and executed, conforming to methodologies and standards in project management delivery.

What’s involved:

Oversee intricate IS delivery utilizing a range of Project Management methodologies.
Ensure solutions align with current and future business objectives.
Cultivate and maintain critical stakeholder relationships.
Coordinate system development priorities and delivery schedules.

What you need:

Several years of extensive experience in the IT industry, including serving as a full life-cycle Project Manager for high-profile and innovative technical enterprise solutions.
Proven track record in delivering software as an Agile Scrum Master.
Proficient in managing multiple stakeholders, including senior IS staff and third-party vendors.
Expertise in developing milestone and roadmap plans and effectively communicating them to key stakeholders.
Solid understanding of system architectures, software engineering principles, and DevOps/Agile methodologies.
Hands-on experience with both waterfall and Agile software development life cycles.
