What’s Involved:

• Defining end-to-end Azure cloud and hybrid solution architectures aligned to business objectives.
• Translating business requirements into scalable, secure and resilient system designs using Azure IaaS and PaaS services.
• Working closely with business and technical stakeholders to conduct detailed analysis and support solution definition.
• Acting as technical lead for Agile delivery teams, owning the overall design quality and technical direction.
• Designing and overseeing complex legacy-to-cloud migration strategies.
• Producing clear architecture documentation and presenting technical solutions and benefits to stakeholders.
• Contributing to IT strategy, governance, architecture management and technology evaluations.
• Supporting internal communities through knowledge sharing, best practices and innovation initiatives.

What You Need:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a Cloud Solution Architect or similar role.
• Strong expertise in Microsoft Azure IaaS and PaaS platforms, with relevant Azure architecture certification (or commitment to achieve).
• Solid development background in Java or .NET technologies.
• Proven track record delivering complex cloud and enterprise solutions.
• Strong consulting, communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of multi-system architecture and integration design.
• Ability to create detailed solution designs, proposals and architecture documentation.
• Third-level degree in Computer Science or a related discipline.
