BA – Power Platform Public Sector

Our Client:

• Our client is a large public sector organisation currently undertaking a significant digital transformation programme. They are seeking an experienced BA/Functional Consultant to join their team in a customer-facing role, working closely with business stakeholders to shape and deliver Power Platform solutions.

What's Involved:

• Collaborating with business users to gather and document business requirements
• Analysing and mapping current business processes to identify areas for improvement leveraging MS Power Platform capabilities
• Developing user stories based on business requirements and gaining sign-off from business users
• Transitioning user stories to the development team and acting as the business representative through delivery, liaising with business users for clarifications as needed
• Delivering user training and support to ensure effective adoption of Power Platform solutions
• Monitoring and evaluating the performance of implemented solutions, making adjustments where necessary
• Keeping up to date with the latest Power Platform features and best practices

What You Need:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• 6-7 years' experience working as a BA on software implementation projects (some flexibility on this)
• Strong understanding of business process analysis and improvement methodologies
• Experience as a BA on a PowerApps workstream, ideally with exposure to Canvas Power Apps development
• Experience using Azure DevOps to manage user requirements on software delivery projects
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

What's on Offer:

• €500 per day
• 6 month daily rate contract
