• Supporting teams through change implementation, ensuring readiness, engagement, and adoption.
• Measuring outcomes of implemented changes, analysing results, and ensuring delivery of tangible business value. 

What’s Needed

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst with strong hands-on delivery capability.
• Demonstrated expertise in process mapping, gap analysis, root cause analysis, and process redesign.
• Solid experience in requirements elicitation, stakeholder analysis, and documenting business requirements.
• Ability to lead discussions confidently and influence stakeholders across different levels of the organisation.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to work independently and deliver results at pace.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills, with adaptability and curiosity to explore new ways of working.
