Business Analyst (GRC) Role and Responsibilities:
This role will see the successful candidate join a Technology Risk Framework Project, supporting the implementation of a Governance, Risk and Compliance (GRC) tool. This tool plays a crucial role in ensuring effective management and reporting of technology risk across the businesses.
What’s involved:
Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to translate business needs into clear, testable requirements.
Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather input from Technology Risk SMEs.
Document detailed business and system requirements to support development and testing.
Liaise with technical teams to design, build and test reusable, high-quality solutions.
Support sprint planning, system and integration testing, and service acceptance processes.
Develop a deep understanding of Technology Risk Management processes and projects.
What you need:
Strong background as a Business Analyst in A fast-paced, agile environments. 5+ years of experience.
Proven experience implementing a GRC tool.
Solid understanding of technology risk frameworks and governance processes.
Exceptional skills in requirements elicitation, documentation, and stakeholder management.
Strong communication, problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
