What’s involved:

• Assist in the analysis, documentation, and improvement of existing solution
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, understand business needs
• Support the development and maintenance of process documentation, including process maps, workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Conduct data analysis to identify trends, inefficiencies, and opportunities for process optimisation.
• Support the monitoring of key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the effectiveness of changes.

What you need:

• 10+ years’ experience in business analysis
• MUST have experience working in the Utilities industry. Candidates without utilities experience will not be considered
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Excellent relationship building & stakeholder management skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

What’s on offer:

• €525-€575 per day depending on experience
• Flexible working model. 2-3 days per week on site
• Contract highly likely to extend
