Business Data Analyst Private Sector

What’s involved:

• Document end-to-end processes, business requirements, and workflows
• Analyse and profile datasets to ensure data quality, visibility, and alignment
• Prepare data and insights to support new initiatives and data products
• Act as the bridge between technical and non-technical teams
• Support multiple projects in parallel, driving stakeholder alignment and follow-ups
• Identify process improvements and strengthen data governance practices

What you need:

• +6years experience as a Business Data Analyst
• Strong analytical skills with advanced SQL proficiency
• Experience with Power BI and data visualisation best practices
• Ability to translate business needs into clear technical requirements
• Excellent documentation and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with Agile/Waterfall delivery methods
• Familiarity with enterprise data platforms (e.g., SAP, Snowflake, Databricks) preferred
