• Our client is seeking an experienced Business Readiness Lead to drive site readiness across a key remediation programme. The successful candidate will define and coordinate the end-to-end readiness journey, ensuring sites progress through remediation in a structured, controlled and timely manner.

What’s involved:

• Define the end-to-end site readiness journey, including key activities, milestones and readiness gates.
• Develop readiness checklists and evidence requirements to support site remediation and acceptance.
• Support site prioritisation and sequencing, coordinating dependencies across technical teams, operations, regional stakeholders and project resources.
• Establish a weekly delivery and readiness cadence, tracking progress and proactively managing delays, risks and blockers.
• Embed interim change controls, ensuring changes are documented, evidenced, justified and appropriately approved.
• Coordinate readiness evidence for operational acceptance and drive sites towards ROM sign-off.
• Support delivery phases, continuously refining the readiness approach based on lessons learned.

What’s on offer:

• €500-€550 per day depending on experience
• Hybrid working model- 2 days per week on site (occasional travel required)
• Strong likelihood of contract renewal
