What’s involved:

• Lead end-to-end change management across multiple strategic projects.
• Assess business impacts and readiness, tailoring change approaches to project complexity.
• Develop and deliver engaging communications and training solutions.
• Partner with Customer Solutions leaders, Project Managers, Product Owners, and Design teams to ensure successful adoption.
• Track readiness, training, and adoption, providing clear reporting and recommendations.
• Support change champions, Train the Trainer activities, and post-go-live adoption.
   

What you need:

• Proven experience delivering change management across business, operational, or technology projects.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Experience designing and delivering training and colleague communications.
• A background in Customer Service or Contact Centre environments.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Knowledge of change methodologies such as Prosci, ADKAR or Kotter
