Change Manager Public Sector

Type: Contract Location: Dublin, Hybrid Salary: €450 p/d

Role and Responsibilities:

  • You will work closely with various I.S. and business leaders, project team members, and external parties to ensure that new business capabilities are effectively planned and executed, conforming to methodologies and standards in project management delivery.

What’s involved:

  • Ensure new/updated services follow Change Enablement and related practices (QA, Operational Readiness, Incident Management, etc.).
  • Develop and maintain a Change Enablement Practice Plan with clear deliverables and improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure Managed Service Partners adhere to our practices and maintain open communication for improvements.
  • Report monthly KPIs, linking trends to related practices and identifying areas for improvement.

What you need:

  • 4+ years of experience with Change Enablement
  • 4+ years of experience in an IT environment aligned with ITIL practices
  • 4+ years of stakeholder management experience
  • 4+ years of experience in a highly regulated environment
  • Experience in developing Change Enablement practices
  • Experience working with ServiceNow and related modules
