Change Manager  – Contract Role – Semi State  
·         We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to support our client through a significant period of organisational, operational and technological change as part of the Transition to Zero programme and major Next Generation Technology initiatives.

Role and Responsibilities:
·         Lead and coordinate change activity across multiple programmes, depots and central teams.

·         Assess organisational impacts, risks and readiness, ensuring a joined-up approach to change.

·         Partner with HR, Industrial Relations and operational leaders to support workforce engagement.

·         Develop clear communications and engagement plans for employees, leaders and key stakeholders.

·         Provide change insights and recommendations through governance and programme forums.

·         Support successful adoption of new processes, technology and ways of working while minimising disruption to business-as-usual operations.

What you need:

·         Strong academic qualifications in a relevant discipline.

·         10+ years' experience delivering and embedding large-scale organisational and cultural change.

·         Proven experience managing change across multiple concurrent programmes and projects.

·         Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience working with C-suite, operational leadership, HR and Industrial Relations.

·         Experience implementing operational change within a transport, logistics or depot environment.

·         A recognised change management qualification such as PROSCI, CMBoK, ACMP, APMG, CMI, CIPD or equivalent, with practical application.

·         Excellent communication, leadership, report-writing and stakeholder engagement skills.

·         Experience building change networks and champion communities.

·         The adaptability and resilience to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced transformation environment.
