Change Project Manager Private Sector

What’s involved:

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale change programmes across business and technology
• Drive initiatives aligned with Asset-Liability Management (ALM) regulations and Basel III standards
• Manage cross-functional stakeholders to ensure successful project execution
• Deliver solutions that enhance regulatory compliance (LCR, NSFR, IRRBB) and financial stability
• Apply process improvement methodologies to increase efficiency and simplify operations
• Oversee PMO governance, reporting, and risk management

What you need:

• 10+ years’ experience in Change/Project Management or PMO leadership roles
• Strong financial services background with regulatory project exposure (ALM preferred)
• Proven track record delivering complex business and technical projects
• Knowledge of Financial Crime frameworks (highly desirable)
• Expertise in Lean Six Sigma tools for solving product and process challenges
• Demonstrated success driving large-scale efficiency and transformation programmes
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Must be based in Ireland
