What’s Involved

  • Supporting procurement and commercial activity across multiple business areas.
  • Managing key spend categories, mainly IT and Professional Services.
  • Partnering with senior stakeholders to understand business priorities and procurement needs.
  • Coordinating tender processes and leading supplier negotiations.
  • Reviewing, negotiating and documenting supplier contracts.
  • Managing supplier risk, cost optimisation, service delivery and contract governance.

What’s Needed

  • Experience in contracts management, procurement, vendor management or commercial management.
  • Experience negotiating supplier contracts and managing contract documentation.
  • Exposure to IT and/or Professional Services categories.
  • Ability to interpret contracts, financial information and commercial risks.
  • Confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Commercial awareness, risk focus and ability to work in a regulated environment.
