Role and Responsibilities (Including)
- Join the Endpoint Security team as a Technical Specialist focused on Privilege Access Management (PAM), CyberArk solutions.
- Lead experience would be preferred for the more senior role.
- The Senior Security specialist will report to the Endpoint Security Manager within Central Security Services.
- Monitor and respond to alerts generated by PAM solutions.
- Deliver the PAM service in line with the strategic roadmap, ensuring alignment with security and business goals.
- Assist with configuration, deployment, and maintenance of all components of the CyberArk solution, ensuring they meet operational standards.
- Support version upgrades, patching, and regular maintenance of a complex environment.
- Manage and execute the schedule of routine change activities in coordination with senior resources.
- Participate in regular Disaster Recovery (DR) and Failover testing as part of resilience planning.
What you need:
- A Degree in Information Security or IT, or equivalent work or education-related experience preferable.
- At least five years’ experience using CyberArk in an IT Security industry role.
- Be currently working with CyberArk / PAM.
- Good troubleshooting skills and ability to independently resolve technical issues.
- Experience with Network and Endpoint Defence strategies and a strong understanding of IT infrastructure.
- Ability to collaborate with vendors and stakeholders for complex technical issues.
- Scripting languages (e.g. PowerShell, Python) to support automation.
- Recognized certifications desired such as Security +, Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), PAM Vendor certificates (e.g. CyberArk Trustee Certification), SAN’s certificates
