What’s involved:

• Manage and support enterprise Oracle Database environments, ensuring availability, security, and performance
• Install, configure, upgrade, and maintain Oracle Databases across development, test, and production environments
• Perform database administration activities including backups, recovery, patching, and security management
• Monitor and optimise database performance, identifying and resolving bottlenecks
• Configure, administer, and monitor Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) environments
• Use OEM to track database health, performance metrics, alerts, and automate routine administration tasks
• Implement and support Oracle DataGuard environments for disaster recovery
• Perform DataGuard switchover and failover activities while ensuring high availability
• Analyse AWR and ADDM reports to identify performance issues and drive optimisation
• Provide technical support for Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 12.2.x environments
• Support Oracle EBS administration including patching, upgrades, cloning, and environment management
• Troubleshoot Oracle EBS and WebLogic application server issues, working closely with functional and technical teams

What you need:
• 5+ years’ experience as an Oracle Database Administrator within enterprise environments
• Strong experience with Oracle Database installation, configuration, upgrades, patching, and maintenance
• Proven experience with Oracle Enterprise Manager (OEM) administration and monitoring
• Hands-on experience managing Oracle DataGuard environments, including backup, recovery, switchover, and failover operations
• Strong database performance tuning experience, including AWR and ADDM analysis
• Experience supporting Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) 12.2.x technical environments
• Experience with Oracle EBS administration, patching, cloning, and upgrades
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Oracle Database, EBS, and WebLogic environments
• Experience working within large-scale enterprise or regulated environments is highly desirable
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate with technical and business teams
