What’s involved:
- Provide technical leadership and direction to engineering teams
- Drive adoption of engineering best practices, tooling, and delivery methodologies
- Lead initiatives to automate, simplify, and scale services
- Support team development through mentoring, coaching, and knowledge sharing
- Collaborate with internal teams and external delivery partners to ensure the right technical capability is in place
- Contribute to continuous improvement across Corporate & Markets platforms and engineering capabilities
What you need:
- Proven experience leading engineering teams within AML and Fraud domains
- Strong technical knowledge of AML/Fraud platforms and third-party integrations
- Experience delivering large-scale enterprise and data-driven solutions
- Strong systems integration experience, including legacy and SaaS integrations
- Hands-on experience with technologies such as IBM WebSphere MQ and MuleSoft
- Experience working in highly regulated environments and AML regulatory reporting
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies including Scrum, Kanban, and SAFe
