What’s involved:

Lead end-to-end project management for M&A transactions, including acquisitions, divestitures, and joint ventures.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and risk registers.
Coordinate internal and external stakeholders across finance, legal, tax, operations, HR, and IT.
M&A Execution- Support the deal team in financial modelling, valuation, and scenario analysis.
Collaborate with post-merger integration (PMI) teams to ensure seamless financial and operational integration.

What you need:

8+ years of experience in finance or corporate development, with at least 2+ years managing M&A projects.
Proven track record of managing complex financial projects or deals across multiple geographies or business units.
Experience with post-merger integration is highly preferred
Strong financial modelling and analytical skills.
Excellent project management and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
