What's Involved:
- Leading a strategic Finance Transformation programme spanning multiple finance domains, including Financial Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, FP&A, Actuarial, and Tax. Key responsibilities include:
- End-to-end programme delivery across all workstreams, driving measurable business outcomes
- Developing and maintaining integrated project plans, RAID logs, and executive dashboards
- Redesigning finance processes for the target operating model, with a focus on automation and compliance
- Overseeing the replacement and integration of core finance systems
- Managing data migration, reconciliation, and testing strategies
- Facilitating stakeholder workshops and leading change management, including training and communications
Managing programme budgets, forecasts, and resource allocations
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams across Finance, Actuarial, IT, and Group stakeholders
What You Need:
- 3–5 years' proven experience delivering large-scale finance transformation programmes in Financial Services
- Strong understanding of finance processes and regulatory requirements
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Collaborative leadership style with a focus on outcomes and continuous improvement
- Project Management certification preferred
- Experience with finance systems such as Oracle or Tagetik desirable but not essential
