What’s involved:

• Act as the key link between Finance and the ERP transformation programme.
• Lead Finance involvement in data migration, validation, reconciliation, testing and cutover.
• Ensure the new ERP meets financial reporting, control and business requirements.
• Support finance process design, documentation and risk management.
• Coordinate Finance readiness for go-live and post-go-live stabilisation.

What you need:

• 8+ years’ experience in Finance and ERP transformation.
• ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent qualification.
• Strong technical accounting and financial controls knowledge.
• Hands-on Finance-side ERP implementation experience, ideally from design through go-live.
• Strong understanding of record-to-report, purchase-to-pay, order-to-cash, intercompany and month-end close.
• Experience with data migration, reconciliation and cutover planning.
• SAP, Oracle Financials or other major ERP experience desirable.
• Renewable energy or multi-entity group experience is an advantage.
