Implementation Specialist Private Sector

What’s involved

• Lead customer-facing implementation projects across technical and non-technical payment processing activities.
• Manage end-to-end project delivery, from customer requirements through to implementation and testing.
• Work with customers to assess needs, document requirements and agree implementation steps.
• Guide customers through relevant Mastercard processing rules, specifications and documentation.
• Coordinate contracts, agreements, forms and other support documentation required for implementation.
• Manage multiple implementation projects in parallel, ensuring quality, timelines and reliability are maintained.

What’s needed

• 3 years+ experience in IT, payments, implementation, project coordination or a similar technical environment.
• Basic understanding of networks, applications, system implementation and project management.
• Knowledge of payment transaction processing, ideally including Mastercard processing systems or card payment lifecycles.
• Understanding of the four-party model and electronic payments processing would be a strong advantage.
• Strong customer-facing skills, with clear written and verbal communication.
• Self-starter who can manage change, learn quickly and work well across cross-functional teams.
