Intermediate Helpdesk Support Public Sector
Type: Contract
Location: Dublin, Remote
Salary:
- Contract: 12 months +
- Location: Offsite (may be asked to attend onsite – Dublin 8)
- Experience Level: 4–6 years
Key Deliverables:
- Level 1 ICT support
- User account setup, password resets, account changes
- Ticket assignment to third-party or higher-level support
- Courteous and professional communication
Key Experience:
- SLA and ticketing system familiarity
- Microsoft 365 support
Qualification Requirement:
- Level 8 qualification in computing or a computational discipline, OR At least 2 relevant professional ICT certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, CISSP) completed in the last 5 years
- Driving/Transport: Must be proposed as part of a nationwide support solution.
- English Proficiency: Fluent English required. Non-native speakers must provide C2 certification.
