Intermediate Helpdesk Support Public Sector

Type: Contract Location: Dublin, Remote Salary:

  • Contract: 12 months +
  • Location: Offsite (may be asked to attend onsite – Dublin 8)
  • Experience Level: 4–6 years

Key Deliverables:

  • Level 1 ICT support
  • User account setup, password resets, account changes
  • Ticket assignment to third-party or higher-level support
  • Courteous and professional communication

Key Experience:

  • SLA and ticketing system familiarity
  • Microsoft 365 support

Qualification Requirement:

  • Level 8 qualification in computing or a computational discipline, OR  At least 2 relevant professional ICT certifications (e.g. CompTIA, Cisco, Microsoft, CISSP) completed in the last 5 years
  • Driving/Transport: Must be proposed as part of a nationwide support solution.
  • English Proficiency: Fluent English required. Non-native speakers must provide C2 certification.
