Our Client:

  • Our client is a well-established multinational organisation based in Limerick. As part of a new internal software rollout, they require additional onsite support to assist employees with user enrolment and registration during the deployment phase.

What’s Involved:

  • Providing onsite support for the rollout of a new internal software platform.
  • Assisting employees with user registration and system enrolment.
  • Guiding users through basic setup and configuration steps in line with project instructions.
  • Acting as a key point of contact for employees throughout the rollout period.
  • Escalating issues or queries to the project team where required.
  • Following defined processes to ensure accurate and efficient user setup.

What You Need:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Reliable, organised and able to follow documented procedures carefully.
  • Previous experience in IT support, desktop support, service desk or PC support.
  • Availability to work onsite in Limerick five days per week for the duration of the contract.

What’s on Offer:

  • 6-month onsite daily rate contract.
  • €200 - €300 per day, DOE.
  • Full training provided during the first week of the assignment.
