IT Helpdesk Support Private Sector

Our Client:
- Our client is a well-established multinational organisation based in Limerick. As part of a new internal software rollout, they require additional onsite support to assist employees with user enrolment and registration during the deployment phase.
What’s Involved:
- Providing onsite support for the rollout of a new internal software platform.
- Assisting employees with user registration and system enrolment.
- Guiding users through basic setup and configuration steps in line with project instructions.
- Acting as a key point of contact for employees throughout the rollout period.
- Escalating issues or queries to the project team where required.
- Following defined processes to ensure accurate and efficient user setup.
What You Need:
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Reliable, organised and able to follow documented procedures carefully.
- Previous experience in IT support, desktop support, service desk or PC support.
- Availability to work onsite in Limerick five days per week for the duration of the contract.
What’s on Offer:
- 6-month onsite daily rate contract.
- €200 - €300 per day, DOE.
- Full training provided during the first week of the assignment.
