The successful candidate will establish programme governance structures, define delivery frameworks, manage programme risks and assurance activities, and support the onboarding of key programme leadership roles.

Establishing programme governance framework
Document business requirements & functional scope
Provide ownership of programme risk register & RAID log
Lead the onboarding of senior Tech Advisors & Tech Programme Manager
Adise on the use of AI technologies in relation to development programmes
What you need:
15+ years' experience in programme recovery, governance, delivery assurance, or large-scale software programme leadership.
Strong knowledge of public sector or semi-state governance frameworks.
Experience managing software vendors and overseeing Agile/SDLC delivery environments.
Proven ability to establish practical governance structures and delivery controls at pace.
Familiarity with AI technologies and their application within software development programmes.
Availability to commence at short notice and commit full-time during the initial transition phase.
