What’s Involved

Design, build, test, deploy, and support Java-based APIs and services.
Work in a microservices environment using Spring Boot, REST APIs, and cloud platforms.
Collaborate with global teams across Agile SAFe ceremonies and DevOps workflows.
Contribute to production support and performance improvements on mission-critical systems.
Write unit and integration tests, ensure high code quality, and participate in code reviews.
Use tools like Git, Jenkins, JMeter, and Maven for continuous integration and delivery.

What You’ll Need

3+ years of hands-on Java development experience, ideally with REST APIs and Spring Boot.
Solid understanding of unit testing with JUnit and Mockito.
Experience with CI/CD tools (e.g., Jenkins), version control (Git), and build tools (Maven).
Familiarity with relational databases (Oracle, SQL) and NoSQL databases (Cassandra, MongoDB).
Strong communication skills and a proactive, collaborative mindset.
Experience working in Agile teams and with cloud platforms (PCF or AWS preferred).
Bonus: Knowledge of Kafka, MQ, monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, Prometheus), or chaos engineering.
