Junior Business Analyst – Core Banking Migration Private Sector

Leading Irish financial institution in the middle of a major core banking transformation. This is a rare opportunity for an ambitious BA to gain hands-on experience on a high-profile programme with real scope and visibility.

What's involved

Embedded within an IT delivery team on a Flexcube core banking migration, you'll work at the intersection of technology and business to support system replacement across lending and customer account platforms.
Supporting data mapping, migration analysis and system cutover activities
Translating business requirements into functional IT specifications
Assisting with system testing, defect tracking and UAT coordination
Liaising between technical developers and business stakeholders
Maintaining accurate technical and functional documentation throughout delivery

What you need

Experience working on IT change programmes; system upgrades, platform migrations or regulatory-driven technology projects
Comfort working within structured IT delivery methodologies
Exposure to banking or financial services systems, particularly lending, credit or customer accounts
Ability to support data analysis and migration activities at a system level
Corporate or Business Lending systems exposure is desirable
Familiarity with Temenos Transact or other core banking platforms is a distinct advantage
