Junior Service Desk Administrator

- This role is 50/50 remote with full flexibility.
Role and Responsibilities:
- You will be joining a small team of three and will work actively in monitoring and escalating queries and tickets.
What’s involved:
- Monitor tickets and reports
- Actively escalate or fix queries
- Provide technical support, administration and maintenance on main systems
- Carry out daily checks and maintenance
- Ensure that SLAs are respected
- Collaborate with stakeholders
What you need:
- 1+ years of experience in a similar role
- Knowledge of SolarWind or similar software
- Power BI, Power Automate and Microsoft Azure knowledge
- Strong communication
- Team player
