Level 2 Technical Support Engineer- 2-3 Month Contract, Part time Private Sector

Salary: €230 p/d
What’s Involved:
- Provide L2/L3 technical support across infrastructure, networks, and applications
- Troubleshoot and resolve escalated tickets, incidents, and service requests
- Maintain and improve system performance, security, and availability
- Work closely with internal IT teams and third-party vendors to resolve complex issues
- Document processes, incidents, fixes, and contribute to knowledge base updates
What You’ll Need:
- Proven experience in L2/L3 support roles in Microsoft/Windows and/or Linux environments
- Solid knowledge of networking (DNS, DHCP, firewalls, VPNs) and system administration
- Strong troubleshooting skills across desktops, servers, cloud platforms (e.g. Azure, AWS)
- Familiarity with monitoring tools, ticketing systems (e.g. Jira, ServiceNow), and scripting
- Excellent communication
