Manager, People Business Partner Private Sector

What’s involved:

  • Act as a strategic advisor and HR business partner to senior leaders
  • Lead delivery of key HR programs such as performance management, talent planning, and compensation reviews
  • Coach managers on development, employee relations, and engagement
  • Partner with COEs and the Global Business Services Center (GBSC) for program delivery
  • Support organizational design and change initiatives
  • Provide insights on local labour market and employee experience

What you need:

  • 7+ years' experience in HR or people business partnering roles
  • Proven ability to manage employee relations and build strong stakeholder relationships
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
  • Track record of delivering talent and performance programs
  • Agile, decisive, and collaborative mindset
  • Must have stamp 4/EU Passport
  • Must be based in Ireland
