What’s involved:
- Act as a strategic advisor and HR business partner to senior leaders
- Lead delivery of key HR programs such as performance management, talent planning, and compensation reviews
- Coach managers on development, employee relations, and engagement
- Partner with COEs and the Global Business Services Center (GBSC) for program delivery
- Support organizational design and change initiatives
- Provide insights on local labour market and employee experience
What you need:
- 7+ years' experience in HR or people business partnering roles
- Proven ability to manage employee relations and build strong stakeholder relationships
- Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
- Track record of delivering talent and performance programs
- Agile, decisive, and collaborative mindset
- Must have stamp 4/EU Passport
- Must be based in Ireland
