What’s involved:
- Provide hands-on, day-to-day functional support to users during UAT, cutover, go-live and post-go-live hypercare.
- Support users with Business Central transactions, navigation and general system queries
- Work with process leads, functional consultants, IT and the implementation partner to progress issues through to resolution and retest.
- Maintain accurate UAT and hypercare records, dashboards and outstanding-action logs, ensuring that no issue is left without an owner or next action.
- Promote consistent use of agreed Business Central processes, controls and escalation routes.
What you need:
- 3+ years’ experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Experience supporting at least one structured UAT, implementation, go-live or post-go-live hypercare assignment.
- Strong practical understanding of Business Central Finance, including financial posting, dimensions, posting groups and reconciliation principles.
- Experience using Azure DevOps or a comparable test, defect or service-management platform.
- Understanding of Business Central roles, permission sets, approval workflows and core application controls.
