What’s Involved
- Providing second- and third-level infrastructure support with a primary focus on network technologies.
- Supporting and troubleshooting firewalls, load balancers, DNS, secure file transfer, and network performance issues.
- Liaising with the Networks team and wider Technical Services teams to resolve complex incidents.
- Taking ownership of incidents through to resolution, including occasional out-of-hours support.
What’s Needed
- Minimum of 4 years’ experience in a technical support environment with strong network expertise.
- Proven hands-on experience with network technologies such as firewalls, load balancers, and DNS.
- A third-level qualification in IT or a related discipline.
- Excellent troubleshooting, problem-solving, and customer service skills.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
