What’s involved:
- Lead Talent Management and Learning workstreams from design through go-live and hypercare
- Facilitate client workshops and define future-state Talent and Learning processes
- Configure Oracle Talent modules including Performance, Goals, Talent Review, Succession Planning, and Career Development
- Configure Oracle Learning Cloud (catalog, courses, assignments, completions, compliance, and assessments)
- Support data migration, validation, and reconciliation across Talent and Learning data sets
- Define and validate reporting requirements across performance, learning, compliance, and talent processes
- Lead SIT, UAT, defect triage, cutover, and hypercare activities
- Partner with security, integration, reporting, and data teams to ensure end-to-end solution readiness
- Ensure alignment to Oracle best practice and manage scope effectively across the programme
What you need:
- 7+ years in HR technology or Oracle HCM implementations
- 5+ years hands-on Oracle Fusion HCM experience
- At least 3 full-cycle Oracle HCM Cloud implementations
- Strong experience in Talent Management and Oracle Learning Cloud configuration
- Experience in data migration, testing (SIT/UAT), and go-live support
- Confident leading client workshops and translating requirements into Oracle configuration
