Role and Responsibilities:

• We are seeking an experienced Oracle PAS Functional Consultant with proven hands-on expertise configuring outpatient clinic scheduling within the Oracle PAS Appointment Book application.

What’s involved:

• Configure outpatient clinic templates and appointment scheduling workflows within Oracle PAS Appointment Book.
• Support end users and operational teams.
• Analysing current-state processes.
• Identifying improvement opportunities, and ensuring solutions are aligned with operational and governance standards.
• The consultant will also contribute to documentation, training, defect resolution, and stakeholder workshops throughout the project lifecycle.

What you need:

• Proven experience as an Oracle PAS Functional Consultant
• Strong hands-on configuration experience with Oracle PAS Appointment Book
• Experience configuring outpatient clinic scheduling workflows
• Strong understanding of outpatient operational processes within acute hospital settings
• Experience working within complex healthcare environments
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Experience supporting testing, training, and go-live activities
• Strong documentation and functional analysis capability
