  • Our client is a leading professional service firm that provides services to many well-known organizations. They are offering a contract for 8 months with possibility of extension!

Role and Responsibilities:

  • In this role, the individual will be responsible for high volume case management, overseeing claims from initiation to final settlement. You will assess claims, determine necessary medical and financial requirements, and manage all incoming communication with a proactive approach to facilitate early claim resolution.

What’s involved:

  • Preparing personal injury claims for assessment of general and special damages according to statutory provisions.
  • Having a competent understanding of the personal injuries system and in-depth knowledge of relevant legislation.
  • Correctly interpreting personal injuries legislation and medical reports.
  • Demonstrating flexibility to adapt to changes in caseloads.
  • Collaborating with various stakeholders such as government departments, revenue authorities, actuarial experts, and medical panels to ensure fair and consistent assessments.

  • Strong experience in handling personal injury claims.
  • Demonstrate the necessary knowledge and ability to fulfill all responsibilities associated with the position.
  • Exhibit a proven track record of effectively managing and delivering results in high-volume case management roles.
