What’s Involved

Designing and building interactive Power BI dashboards, reports, and data models
Performing data validation, quality checks, and troubleshooting to ensure reliable insights
Partnering with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into reporting solutions
Collaborating with data engineering teams on pipelines and workflows
Supporting teamwide data initiatives and contributing to process improvements
Ensuring all development follows best practices for data governance, security, and performance

What’s Needed

Proven experience as a Power BI Developer with a portfolio of dashboards/reports
Expert-level Power BI knowledge, including advanced DAX
Strong SQL skills for querying and analysis
Solid understanding of data validation, warehousing concepts, and ETL/ELT processes
Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills
Ability to collaborate effectively with technical and business teams
