Procurement Operations Manager Role and Responsibilities:

  • This role will see the successful candidate responsible for driving the optimisation and continuous improvement of the Coupa platform, supporting the full Source-to-Pay lifecycle. You’ll work closely with Procurement, IT, Finance, and Transformation teams to deliver a best-in-class digital procurement experience.

What’s involved:

  • Act as the primary SME for Coupa within the Procurement function, supporting S2P and P2P transformation initiatives.
  • Lead the design, configuration, and deployment of Coupa modules including Procurement, Invoicing, Sourcing, Contracts, and Supplier Management.
  • Partner with IT, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure alignment with business needs and compliance standards.
  • Drive user adoption through training, documentation, and ongoing support.
  • Manage system performance, enhancements, integrations, and release updates.
  • Support reporting, analytics, and data governance within Coupa.
  • Liaise with Coupa support and external implementation partners

What you need:

  • Proven experience as a Coupa SME or Functional Consultant in a complex procurement environment.
  • Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices (S2P, P2P, supplier onboarding, contract lifecycle).
  • Hands-on experience across multiple Coupa modules and system integrations.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Coupa certifications (e.g., Coupa Platform, Procurement, Invoicing).
  • Experience in financial services is highly desirable.
  • Background in digital transformation or agile project delivery preferred.
