Program Manager Role and Responsibilities:
This role will see the successful candidate lead a PMO in the successful candidate delivery of multiple initiatives. This role will oversee the full program lifecycle—including procurement, proposal, due diligence, and implementation— across Infrastructure, Applications, and Organisational Change initiatives.
What’s involved:
Lead program planning and delivery activities using Agile methodologies
Manage multiple projects to scope, time, cost, and quality expectations
Coordinate third-party vendors and ensure delivery alignment
Develop and maintain integrated program plans, track milestones, risks, and dependencies
Drive program reporting for senior stakeholders and steering committees
Ensure alignment with procurement, compliance, and audit processes
What you need:
15+ years' experience delivering infrastructure and application solutions
Strong background in procurement and vendor selection/management
Proven ability to manage PMOs and cross-functional project teams
Experience working in fast-paced, Agile environments
Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and influencing skills
A collaborative and pragmatic approach to problem solving
